Social Impact

I aspire to be a force for good in the world through the work that I do, focusing on social impact and the global context.

In my role as a management consultant with BearingPoint, I collaborate with CFOs, Sustainability Leaders, Auditors and international project teams around Environmental, Social, Governance strategy and compliance (e.g. the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and EU taxonomy).

How can I help?

I’m a seasoned advisor with a diverse set of skills in management consulting, strategic communication and relationship management and a purpose to advance social inequality and rights issues.

The EU ESG legislation creates an interesting opportunity to have tangible data-driven conversations within organizations about their societal impact and contribution to climate change mitigation. Where they stand and how they can move the needle beyond compliance. Ultimately I see the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) legislation and the EU Taxonomy compliance requirements as a framework to all move in the right direction: commitment to do ethical and inclusive business & investments.

Facilitating the stakeholder dialogues within value chains and sector networks is a role I’m very excited about. Even if your company is not yet required to be CSRD compliant, you’re most likely part of a supply chain or value chain where key stakeholders are. This will drive transformative change within your sector as a whole. Understanding the objectives and strategic implications of the ESG compliance requirements is therefore relevant for you too.
